Blogger support sucks

...but then, what should I expect from a free service, I guess? Support from TypePad, the leading commercial blog service (which I use for community solutions projects), is second to none.

About ten days' wait after I submitted my support request to Blogger (my template was misbehaving after a few too many dodgy hacks), they send me a second automatic email to apologise for not responding personally to the problem, and suggesting I submit a new question if I really truly need support. Ha!

At least it forced me to think laterally—to fix my blog template, I just switched to a fresh ready-made one from Blogger and hacked it afresh.
