DIDW envy

I do wish I could make it to the Digital Identity World 2005 conference this week—but my piano teaching commitments dictate otherwise. : (

I wonder if there will be an IRC backchannel or other open digital comms channel at the conference, or at the Berkman-hosted Identity Gang gathering today? I would just love to be able to join in these discussions, so if any of my readers have any ideas or info in this regard, please let me know!
